I build websites and the software behind them.

I’m Cameron, a software engineer in Cape Town. Small businesses hire me for a fast, well-made website, and sometimes for what comes after it: booking systems, customer portals, and the plumbing that connects the tools they already pay for.

My prices are on this page, and they’re about a quarter of what an agency would charge. Further down I explain how that works.

Why it costs so much less

Most of what goes into a good small-business website is the same every time: hosting, a contact form that can’t lose a message, spam protection, analytics, and the checks that keep a site fast and accessible. I’ve built all of that once, carefully, and I reuse it. You aren’t paying me to solve those problems again.

The rest is overhead I don’t carry. There’s no sales team, no account manager and no office. The person you email is the person who writes your code.

This site is the example. It’s built on exactly that setup, and its speed and accessibility scores are published so you can check them yourself.

How a project goes

  1. We talk

You tell me what you need, by email or a short call. If a template or an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, I’ll say so.

  2. You get a fixed price

I write down what I’ll build and what it costs. The price doesn’t move unless you ask for something new.

  3. I build it where you can see it

You get a private link on day one and can watch it take shape. I send a short update every week.

  4. You pay the rest when you’re happy

The final payment is due after you’ve been through the finished site, not before.

What you can count on

The same for every project, and written into the agreement.

  • The price is fixed before I start. If you ask for something extra, I quote it separately and you decide.
  • You pay in stages, starting with a deposit.
  • The code, the hosting and every account are in your name from day one.
  • You see the finished site on a private link before the final payment.
  • Anything that breaks in the first 14 days after launch, I fix for free.

Got something in mind?

A couple of sentences is enough. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it, and if I am, what it will cost and how long it will take.
